    Can I keep my suppliers?

    Certainly. We are happy to collaborate with suppliers who are familiar with the property. When we take on a new property, we prepare an ID card where we record the house’s features and map out all the main parties who interact with it. If additional expertise is required, we are able to provide the best professionals. It means that for all of our clients we collect, store and update accurate data, certificates and physical documents relating to their properties, together with all information useful for its management, in a private digital record that can always be accessed - even remotely. We work with specialised companies based on the type of work to be carried out.
